The half nobody shows you
The chat is the front door.
This is the room behind it.
Who is waiting right now, what came in today, and how much of it the assistant could answer on its own. You get this on the day you sign up.
One install, every screen
One line in your site’s footer, which your web person pastes in about five minutes. The snippet is in the FAQ.

The cost of not having it
One visitor, one evening,
and nobody at a desk
Most enquiries arrive on a phone, after hours, from somebody in a queue. The rest is follow-up.
When the bot should stop talking
The assistant stops the moment
a person picks up
A visitor can ask for a person. Your team can claim any conversation from the inbox. The assistant goes quiet the second somebody replies, so a parent never gets answered twice, and never gets answered by both.
After the conversation
Every conversation becomes somebody you can call back
A conversation that ends when the visitor closes the tab was a search box with manners.
- A contactWhoever wrote in becomes a record with their number, their language and every message they sent.
- A dealIf there is money in it, it lands on the board at the stage it is actually at.
- A taskSomeone owns the callback, with a date on it, so it is not remembered or forgotten.

The difference
Judged on what goes wrong
once a bot is live
All four charge for the AI on top.
Three of them charge per person as well.
Read the unit under each price. A three-person team pays for three seats on Intercom, three agents on Freshchat, three operator licences on Zoho, before a single AI conversation is answered. Ours is one workspace, and the answers are already in it.
billed annually USD Fin AI from $0.99 per outcome, billed on top
billed annually USD Freddy AI $49 per 100 sessions, billed on top
10 seats included USD Lyro AI conversations are a separate quota
billed annually, 1 licence INR AI included, but you supply and pay for your own AI key
billed monthly INR AI included. 300,000 tokens, about 600 conversations on the default model
List prices from each vendor’s own pricing page, checked 6 August 2026, at the entry paid tier. Read the units: most of these charge per seat, per agent or per operator licence, so the figure moves with the size of your team. Prices change.

Straight answers
Will it make things up about my business?
No. It only answers from content it found on your website. If your site does not cover the question, it says so and offers to take the visitor's details or fetch a person. Every answer carries the page it came from.
How long does setup take?
You paste your website address, it reads your pages, and you add one line of code to your site. Your web person does it in about five minutes. Most businesses are live the same day, and you can test every answer before anyone else sees it.
<script src="https://chataicrm.com/widget.js"
data-key="" async></script>
It is under ten kilobytes and needs no framework.
I do not have a website. Can I still use it?
Yes. Plenty of good businesses have an Instagram page, a WhatsApp number and no site to paste anything into. You can publish an assistant as its own page at chataicrm.com/c/your-business and put that link in your bio, and it answers there exactly as it would on a site. You choose which assistant gets a public page and you turn it on yourself; it is off until you do.
Does it answer in Hindi?
Yes, and in whatever else your visitors write in. It replies in the language of the question, using the same content from your website.
What is a ChatAI Token?
It is the unit you spend, and one token is one paisa. An answered conversation costs about 500 tokens on a standard model and roughly half that on a lighter one. Reading your site, voice replies and sequence emails come out of the same balance, so there is one number to watch.
Can my team take over a conversation?
Yes. A visitor can ask for a person, or your team can claim any conversation from the inbox. The assistant stops replying the moment a person does. You set the hours you staff it, and outside those hours it still takes the message and tells the visitor when you will reply.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. The assistant stops answering until you pick a plan. Your contacts, conversations and deals stay where they are.
